How about a mini trampoline, is slow jumping up and down considered a good work out or jogging on it, is this good too?

I love my trampoline, You can definitely get a good workout on it and there are lots of DVDs for follow along routines, and when you don't really feel like feeling the burn, you can get energized by gentle bouncing for a while and you are good to go again. I even started a team for rebounding, but could not get any interest in it. It is fun. Get a good one because the cheaper ones just hurt to bounce on.
