Wow. It has taken me too long to getting around to reading this posting. I don't have too much weight to lose at this point, I'm going for the gold now . . . And I am beginning to see how too much fruit in my diet is holding me back. It's not easy to transition out of some fruit every day (I'm already a no-added-fat vegan) but I can now see that it's the fruit that is the factor in whether or not I get to and maintain my happy weight. Thank you for helping me to understand why this is so!

Thank you for this article. I just signed up for WW online to get back on track and as a vegetarian, was thrilled to see the switch to a focus on more whole foods. I do know that too much fruit isn't good. After reading this article I am going to be much more moderate in my fruit intake.
