This is the best decision. It increases flexibility and range of motion. You have improved circulation. Helps to keep muscles warm and speeds recovery after an injury. It promotes better posture. This keeps muscles from getting tight, minimizing everyday aches and pains. But that does not even begin to describe the euphoria you get after practice. It just makes you feel good.
