Chocolate Cherry Bomb Smoothie

Here is another smoothie recipe from Wendy Solganik of Healthy Girls Kitchen..... who is going through the PEERtrainer Fresh Start Cleanse right now....

"Well, I thought that the Vanilla shakes were plenty sweet, but that the chocolate wasn't sweet enough. That was until I made a chocolate cherry smoothie this morning and the sweetness was perfect! I loved it!

Chocolate Cherry Bomb Smoothie

1 scoop Chocolate Vegalite

1 cup frozen organic cherries (they have these right now at Whole Foods, but not for long!)

1/2-3/4 cup frozen organic spinach or one large handful fresh spinach leaves
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (So Delicious is our preferred brand)
1 cup water
1/2 scoop medibulk
1/2 Tbsp flaxmeal

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. AMAZING! "

Carrot Cake Smoothie Recipe

Wendy Solganik of Healthy Girls Kitchen had a great carrot cake shake recipe in 
the team so I thought I'd repost it here:Carrot Cake Smoothie:

1 scoop Vanilla Vegalite Protein Powder, 

1 Cup of Coconut Milk, 

1/2 cup 
water, 

6 ice cubes, 

1 cup raw carrots (I used baby carrots that I had 
mistakenly put in the freezer, so they were raw but frozen), 

a few 
dashes of cinnamon, 

a dash of nutmeg, 

a dash of cloves, 

1/2 Tbps of chia 
seeds or flaxmeal, 

and 1/2 scoop of Medibulk.  

mmmmm....sounds good.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Here's the recipe for a Pumpkin Pie Smoothie from Wendy Solganik of Healthy Girls Kitchen.

She has been doing the PEERtrainer Fresh Start Cleanse and going crazy with some creative and TASTY shake recipes!

1/2 cup pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

scoop of Vanilla Thorne powder

1/2 Tbsp flaxmeal

1 cup unsweetended Coconut Milk in the grocery aisle. (So Delicious is our preferred brand)

1/2 scoop medibulk

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice 6 ice cubes

Placed all ingredients into my Vitamix at once and blended for about 30 seconds.
