Very quick tip today- next time you go to the supermarket, go to the produce section and see if they have "Carrot Dip Chips." These are carrots cut like potato chips and they are a new secret weapon of mine.
Dip them in guac, dip them in dijon, just snack on them. So the next time you feel like some mindless munching, grab the bag out of your fridge and go to work. Carrots are also highly nutrient dense, which means they improve your health a great deal. There are very few calories in carrots and a whole range of disease fighting and weight loss promoting nutrients.
