Another success story from a subscriber of the PEERtrainer Tip Of The Day:
Well I must feel proud to share this because it is a success.
I have lost a total of 9 pounds for the month of January. I completely changed the
way I eat. I have a salad for lunch every day. For breakfast I have oatmeal or a hard
boiled egg. For dinner I eat lightly. I have not started to exercise which is something
I am looking forward to doing starting next week. My trip to Los Angeles was a "trip"
I had foods I shouldn't have but still in moderation.
That's 36 sticks of butter!!
Way to go JM!!
