I don't care if you have a sub zero beautiful see thru one: then make your list with a Bauhaus look, no excuses!
Every single time you go into the kitchen, get ready to grocery shop you will see this list of options and suggestions of delicious, high nutrient foods that will give you energy and confidence that you are making the best choices for you.
