This is a video I got in response to a question from a Tip Of The Day reader who is stationed overseas. She has been doing great and wanted some tips on what she should do when she returns to the States.

I love the idea of getting rid of all ones 'trigger' foods in the household but how do you do that when you live with other people who want those foods around? Peanut butter is a big trigger for me but my husband and son love it and it's not a trigger for them.
So, how do you balance your own food needs and issues with those of others you live with?
