Hi There-
We just got the following question from a member of the PONR coaching program, and I thought the answer would benefit the entire PEERtrainer community, especially new members or people looking to get back on track:
"Just wondering if anyone has any tips for getting back on track. I have been really sick with the flu and my eating has been very sporadic and really all I can digest (mostly tea, toast, chicken soup). I'm finally feeling back to normal, but feeling overwhelmed with jumping back in. I felt like I was making such good progress and got totally derailed and the thought of getting back on track is a little scary and I'm questioning whether or not I can get back on the wagon."
This is a situation that we all find ourselves in. In the coaching program we go into some deep personal issues with Joshua. We have also built some lightweight tools around the core material. And I want to share two of them with you here in this email. They are two "jumpstart" calls that we send out between sessions, and they are designed to make sure people are grounded in the fundamentals.
Each call is about 10 minutes, and you can click on the links to immediately listen or right or option click to download them to iTunes or your computer to listen later. It seems that revisiting this information never gets old. Repetition is the mother of skill!
We will be sending more of these kinds of calls out to the community. Right now we are developing a program to help people get a good handle on various forms of emotional, night and stress eating. This is free and is like the Tip Of The Day, only we do about two messages a week. You can learn more here:
