hi, i have been reading your e mails for quite a while now. they are very helpful to me, although while i read it its very motivating, as soon as i am faced with the food, especially at nights i blow it all up! i feel like such a baby in that sense! i know all the right foods to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, yet i cant stick to it. you might say i am bored, but truthfully, i just love to eat! please help!

The most discouraging thing for me is to hear how "impossible" it is for a woman over 60 to lose weight and keep it off because of hormones, slow metabalism, gender. It`s hard to get past that when things stall.
