I was just looking at this page on The Beck Diet Solution and was looking to highlight some of the better ideas. One of the main things she suggests is to get a diet support coach. This is one of the main new areas of focus at PEERtrainer right now.
We have developed a page that has a very short quiz to give you a basic idea of where you are in your journey and what types of programs might help you. Our main free program is the PEERtrainer Tip Of The Day which combines some elements of psychotherapy (much different than basic cognitive stuff that Beck does btw) but also focuses on advanced nutrition, fitness and seeks to find good ideas anywhere they can be found.
