"HI just wondering if anyone here is planning to do the los angeles 5k in march..ive done it a couple times , slow. I want to start training for it again and do better...
the first time I tried i did like 40 minutes...
the last time..was last year or the year before i didnt train and it took an hour at least and my legs hurt almost the entire time ...my mom did better than me..how sad is that...
so anyway I think in 3 months i can improve pretty good...maybe you already have a group or team..or we can make a new one
