Total Gym 3000 Cardio Benefits?
While the Total Gym 3000 is not designed specifically as a cardio machine like, say, the Bowflex TreadClimber, if you use it the way Chuck Norris and Christie Brinkley use it in the television commercials, your heart will be pumping.
Depending on your current level of conditioning and your personal weight loss and/or fitness goals, the cardio stimulation you get from the Total Gym 3000 may be sufficient for you.
If you’re looking to shed more body fat and/or improve your overall cardio endurance, you can easily transition from a 20 minute Total Gym 3000 workout to a cardio workout of your choice. You could go for a walk or a job or get on another piece of home gym exercise equipment (we like the Bowflex Treadclimber).

If cost isn’t that big of a deal in your buying decision, then spend a few extra bucks and get the Total Gym XLS. It “feels” heavier and stronger and all the added accessories and components make it worth the additional expense.

I was ready to buy a refurbished at $650.00 as stated in this ad - reasonable for such a model. But it doesn't exist. These units start at $750. + 51.00 shipping = $800.00. $190.00 more you get a new one w/free shipping. If one of these $650.00 unicorns ever do show up let me know.

Investing on a great gym equipment could decrease the total time you're going to spend working out significantly, because having a great equipment could target the muscles you're working on an isolate it. The only thing i could say about building muscle fast is by training intelligently. Nobody wants to waste their precious time while getting little to no results right? You could apply advance techniques such as explosive lifting, drop sets, etc. in order to change the stimulus that your muscle receives and in turn, leading to more muscle gains. There are many ways on how to build muscle fast but in the end, it's all about getting the will to do it.

I've seen this ad with Chuck Norris. It's a good gym that provides several levels of resistance for your workout. Anything Chuck endorses is always a success.
