How To Prevent Osteoporosis: PEERtrainer Interview With Dr. Joel Fuhrman

I know this web site is geared to younger folks, but for a 73-year-old woman like myself, it's critically important! I go to 1.5 hour exercise class geared to Seniors 3X/week and eat a lot of veggies & fruit, but I don't think I can do the "butt-kicking" exercise any more.

I like the information on this web site.
