Cooking time: 4 minutes

- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 bag of Fresh, pre-washed spinach
- red pepper flakes
- tiny bit of sea salt
Drizzle 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a sauce pan on medium high.
Add Spinach.
Use a wooden spoon or a spatula to stir around for about 3 minutes
Add a few shakes of red hot chili peppers and a bit of sea salt.
Stir for one more minute.
Serve!
If your children don't care for spinach, serve mustard or soy sauce on the side for dipping. Works great for green beans too. If you want to add a little more flavor, chop up a couple garlic cloves and saute them in the olive oil before adding the spinach.
There is also nothing wrong with frozen spinach, and it is very cheap. A one pound bag of organic Spinach at Whole Foods is only $2. Other places are cheaper. Spinach is cheap, can be very tasty if made right.
