I dump whatever's in the pantry and the fridge to make a smoothie whenever I want one. Can include any one or a combo of the following: frozen bananas, frozen berries, other fruits, fresh or frozen; tblsp of pnut or almond butter; a handful of nuts or seeds; flax seed; flax seed oil; soy milk, yogurt, cocoa powder, soy powder, whey powder. Tasty!

Why is this "absolutely STUPID"?

I do believe in healthy foods, but this is just absolutely STUPID!!!!

I drink "green" smoothies everyday for breakfast and many days for lunch as well. I LOve them! However, I prefer to use pure pom juice or cranberry juice and more H2O instead of rice/soy/almond milks which contain additives and are heated & highly processed.

They are basically the same thing. we are talking about organic, ground hempseed, which is very high in protein. Here is the nutritional value of Nutiva organic hemp protein powder, which is what I use.
37% protein, 10% beneficial fats, 43% fiber (90% insoluable and 10% soluable), chlorophyll, magnesium, zinc and iron. One
4 level TBSP serving provides 11 grams of raw organic protein and 14 grams of fiber. All 8 essential amino acids with a bonus of good for you essential fatty acids. No gmo, pesticides or solvents. Hemp is a renewable resource and it grows easily without pesticides. Mix it into your morning smoothie and thrive!

Can someone give me the nutritional value of the hemp powder...and do you use the hemp protein powder or the ground hempseed powder?
