I have been struggling with trying to find ways of convincing Jackie to use resistance bands as part of her workout routine. We took a trip (I took her on a trip I should say) to the HQ of Bodylastics, which makes excellent band sets. We did a three part video series where she went through a short series of low impact workouts that quickly engaged a good percentage of her major muscle groups. Watch the video to see her response:
