Great article, I haven't seen anything on this subject before. I definetly put weight on in the winter and have always put it down to, not as much light hours to exercise, eating stodgier food and not haveing to be so strict as wearing chunkier clothes.

Hot weather doesn't also do any good for your fat deposits.You get exhausted easily during exercises due to increased temperature and humid weather.

You have raised valid points.Yes cold weather definitely affects storing a more body fat by making a person lethargic (due to gloomy weather),less water intake,less physical exertion and food on festive occasions.
