This was a great post. Thank you!

First off, as a person that suffers from terrible digestion (diverticulosis and a generally slow bowl to begin with) and has gone from a really poor diet to a much, much healthier one--you bet, good digestion (and detox) make a HUGE HUGE HUGE difference. I am not in the medical field at all, but if people only knew how toxic their intestines can become if they are "backed up" or slow, they would do everything in their power to change that--and those changes will bring weight loss. For me, it was about 15 pounds in one month once I got everything cleaned out! It is amazing how much better, happier, healthier and freer you feel if you move your bowls properly. Not to be gross, but once you have had a proper movement, you will understand the difference. You can tell from color just how healthy you are--just like in tracking animals by their droppings, so to can you track your health by what you eliminate.

Second, as to the CoQ-10, I took it for about 1 year while I was battling terrible peri-menopause. It helped a little--I don't know if it was psychological or not, but there was a bit of a calming effect for me.

Finally, I would like to weigh in on the importance of GOOD vitamins. Just like good digestion, until you experience the difference, you will have no idea how much more beneficial a quality vitamin can be. When I say "good/quality", I am talking about vitamins and supplements with all natural ingredients, binders and capsules. You don't want to be taking something with petroleum as a binder--try melting a discount vitamin in the oven and see what you come up with--you will change you mind quickly!

I wish everyone a healthful day.

I want to be more than just thin. There is much more to living a healthy and vibrant life than just losing weight and I need all the information I can get to keep me focused and motivated.

If someone isn't aware of how digestion affects weight loss, energy to exercise, and eating right - no wonder they are unhealthy and overweight!
