Thanks for posting this article. Years ago I "did" WW not very successfully. Every time I asked a question at the meetings about
the glycemic effects of the all the sugars that were allowed (and
that are found in the WW brand treats), it was brushed off with a
pat answer of " they're fine", don't worry about it...." I feel this is a huge dis-service to the thousands of folks in WW who deserve proven
information about the biochemistry and metabolics of their dietary
choices. It is time to stop "dumbing down" the dietary issues of health.
