to increase your score. Each "thing" has a key point listed out so

1. This book by Brendon Burchard contains a wealth of great advice
and yes we do have some questions on the quiz that measure a couple
of the really key points that he teaches. One really important tip for
you here is that your success in weight, health or any aspect of your
life is directly tied with your ability to try new things, new ideas.
And not just ability, but also habit. It is one thing to say "yeah, I'm
a pretty open person" and another to be someone who is constantly
"sorting for new." And for those of you who already have a copy
of Brendon's book, flip to page 143 and re-read the chapter on
change.
Key Point: When you sort for new it becomes a lot easier to change
pretty much anything!
2. This book by Stu Mittleman is one that we have been recommending
for 4 years now. Stu teaches people the power of slowing down
and chilling out when you exercise. This is the piece of advice that
people are the most resistant to.
Key Point: When you slow down your exercise you will burn more
fat and not flood your body with cortisol!
3. Tip: For those of you read this tip about cortisol or any other tip
about cortisol and think "easier said than done"- this is why they
