We sent this out a few days back, and we included a survey that our friend Dr. Daniel Amen helped us put together.
If you are not familiar with his work, he is one of the leading brain experts in the world, and has really helped show us a) the critical importance of brain health, and b) how brain health is totally connected to a healthy diet among other things.
Basically all the things we pull OUT OF the diet during the cleanse and the things that we ADD TO the diet are very good for the brain.
This quiz that we sent out measured some of the top signs that your brain is not as healthy as it could be. We showed your responses to Dr. Amen yesterday and there were 2 things that he pointed out.
1. The first question had to do with memory, and 73% of you said it was worse than it was 10 years ago. Dr. Amen's response was that this is a "vulnerable group for Alzhiemer's disease" and that we can "do a great service by getting them on the right path."
2. Question four had to do with depression, anxiety, trouble sleeping and generally not having your mood where it needed to be.
Obviously a broad area but 72.1% of you indicated some trouble here. Dr. Amen mentioned that in this group there is likely a lot of medication being taken and that there are a lot of ways that people can be doing "better."
We have some great stuff planned with Dr. Amen coming up, including a segement on how the Fresh Start Cleanse can help get you on track for better brain health, and also the things you can do in addition to help your brain.
We are also going to be doing a webinar where we go into greater depth about this survey and answer your questions.

Down 7 lbs as of today which is AMAZING. My skin is the best I have seen it in years and fit into pants I haven't been able to fit into for 2 yrs now counting calories and eating all the wrong 'healthy' foods.

Down 5 lbs. since the start of the cleanse and feel so much better. My gut was surely stressed before I started. I no longer have that feeling of a brick sitting in my stomach.. Went to the doctor yesterday and discussed the inability to lose weight over the last year and she chalked it up to age and slow metabolic rate and said to start following a Paleo type diet. I told her how bad I have felt and the symptoms I had been having and how I am feeling now since starting the cleanse and she said I must have been having an issue with gluten and/or dairy. Ha!

These results are in the middle of the range that we have seen from people doing this program. This includes those who lose little to no weight because they fall off track or don't need to lose in the first place, and includes people who lose more than that range.
