A Sneaky Trick For Coffee Lovers
Great tip from Peter, (thank you!) and he also mentioned
that he had been doing shakes since January. The cleanse
really for him off the plateau, according to the survey he
filled out.
We are also gearing up for a new cleanse starting June
24th. So please join us if you have not yet learned the
protocol. It works. Also also, go for the B+... do NOT
aim for perfection. Do as best you can- but do it, and do
it again. It works!

PS: This was something we sent out this weekend
in case you missed it!
How To Fight The Yo-Yo Cycle
Someone had asked in the leaders group which PEERtrainer
program was best for someone who was repeatedly gaining
and losing a lot.
Kathy suggested The Point Of No Return Program, and made
these comments:
"After decades of yo yo dieting, this program is what FINALLY
got me in the right thinking, which, as most people who have
food issues, is the first and most important thing to get right.
My brother, who just turned 40, had been the same as me....up and
down through the years. He did PONR and lost 40 or so pounds and
now instead of looking like the music professor that he is, looks
more like a student."
Kathy has a longer description of her experience with the
program on this page:
http://www.peertrainer.com/coaching/
This was the first premium program we created at PEERtrainer, and it remains
a core part of "PEERtrainer University."
The program is priced at $77 and we just turned the 1/2 off sale back on, to help
encourage people to try it for $38.50
We offer a 100% guarantee for any of our programs so there is no risk to you.
This program has been going for almost 5 years now, and is part of many many
peoples "big success."
If you think this program might help you, read the stories on this page and
see if they resonate with you:

Our suggestion with this program is to save the class MP3s to your iTunes or
wherever you keep your music. This was you can access them forever.
The peer to peer sharing of experience and wisdom in the leaders group
has been amazing. We are so grateful for the generosity of the people
there. We know that there is an overwhelming amount of information
within PEERtrainer- this new group is a great resource to help guide you
to the right place, or find the answer to whatever you are working on personally!

PS: The next cleanse starts June 28th. If you are on the road or have a
funny schedule, join the cleanse course itself, and then just commit to
a shake with fiber in the AM.
Step 1: Join the course here, choose option 1:
Step 2: learn how to make a great breakfast shake. Here are some
great recipes:
Tip: Do not use whey or soy. Period. Make every effort to
use the shakes that we advise. Yes, we sell them. But they
work really well, and don't have any junk in them. We constantly
see people shift from whatever brand to the thorne pea/rice or
pea/potato shakes (JJ's)
JJ's is an all in one shake, and the regular vegalite are for those
who are more into their own creations.
Here is a comment that Lisa made in the PT Leaders group
when someone asked how to do the cleanse when you
had a crazy schedule:
"The
shakes are the key. Have one of those each morning -they keep you full
and energized. I just recommitted myself to cut out the bad stuff and I
am amazed at how easy it is - not always but most of the time - to pass
on things that you know won't contribute to your goal."
Again, this page has some great recipes and tips for making them
taste great:
