We are starting something new and fun, and something that EVERYONE should be able to easily do.
We are creating a 14 day challenge, where the objective is to complete a "daily one thing."
This DAILY ONE THING can be ANYTHING that helps you get to your goal. The idea here is that we have a lot of "all in" kinds of things at PEERtrainer. Things that work super well- but we want to have an easy access program.
A big focus of the 14 day challenge is going to be recipes. Shakes, soups and huge salads are great daily one things.
In fact, when you sign up you will get a couple recipe ideas a day, things for you to try. You will also be invited to a team on the PEERtrainer site which I just created and I will be in posting each day and answering questions.
