This has been a very popular dessert recipe. You can make a "Hot Apple Sundae" in 2 minutes with your microwave. You can substitute whatever jam you want for marmalade. This is easy, cheap, healthy, low in calories. Really a perfect way to eat dessert.
Definitely let us know what your jam or flavor of choice is. You might try just mixing coconut oil, sugar and cinnamon.
Ingredients:
1 Apple
1/2 Teaspoon of Butter or Coconut Oil
Cinnamon
Sugar
Marmalade or your Jam of choice
Directions:
Core the top of the apple, leaving the bottom part of the core intact. Put your mix in, and microwave for three minutes. The mix will start to bubble, and cover part of the apple.
Cool and enjoy very slowly. It will be hot!
